80's IBM 648800APS I/O card SERIAL PARALLEL, for 5150, 5170?

Vintage computer card marked 648800APS SERIAL / PARALLEL. Came in a bag marked "I/O".. I believe this went with an early IBM PC like the 5150, 5170, etc.
