JetPilot SHORTY WETSUIT, size large for kid or woman? good

For Sale: This high quality shorty wetsuit for surfers, jetskiers, kayakers, etc. is in decent shape with very little wear.  Zipper works good.  No apparent rips, tears, or problems.  The tag indicates it's a size large but definitely not for a man.  My guess is for a woman or larger male child. 
 
Here are the measurements I got with it laying flat:
  • The longest section- from bottom of leg to top of collar approx. 41.5"
  • From the farthest reach of one arm to the other approx. 34"
  • The narrowest part of waist approx. 14"
