ESL model 445cs - FOUR WIRE DC PHOTOELECTRIC SMOKE DETECTOR -new

For Sale:  445CST commercial smoke detector.

The whole story:

I picked up two of these in boxes, didn't notice this one had a number on it written in magic marker until I got home. Had assumed they were both new/old stock.

The other one sold for big bucks on ebay to a happy customer.

I tried removing the marker on this one but wasn't able to get it 100% off although now it is very faint. I also didn't realize that the only way to open these is to first remove the backing paper on the rear to access the clip so I broke the clip, now it won't stay shut.

So while I am positive this has never been used (because you can't access the terminals unless you remove the backing paper) it shows some wear (faint writing on top) and the latch is broken.

That's the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothin but the tooth.
