Currently Windows 10 is installed and all updates/security patches installed as of 7/2018. Runs smoothly and is pretty fast, no issues.

In addition to onboard DVI and VGA video ports a PCIe video card with HDMI port has been installed so you can easily hook this up to newer flat screen TVs and monitors. The card has a cable for digital audio input but it's not hooked up to the motherboard (probably need an adapter) so there is only video through the HDMI output at this point. Motherboard has a PCI slot, 3 SATA ports, one IDE port, firewire, USB, audio, etc. etc.

Shows very little wear, runs smoothly and quietly. Only minor issue could find is one screw hole that holds the top of case on in the back has stripped, put a slightly larger screw in place and kind of works.
