For Sale: Tested and working server computer with 8 channel PCI video recorder capture card.
Works well- records and plays back video from up to 8 wired cameras. Server feature allows for remote viewing from any computer on the internet using a regular browser like Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc. Easy to use and set up. The connectors are standard BNC type for coax cable like most wired cameras use, if your cameras use RCA plugs the adapters are inexpensive.
Username for RemoteEyes interface is admin, password is admin. For Windows one username is odyssey, password is blank, the other username is remoteeyes, password is blank. When you start the system it goes right to the RemoteEyes application but you can get to Windows without too much trouble if needed.
There are two 160gb SATA hard drives in the system and there is a restore partition to restore the setup to factory default. I know you can put 2 1TB drives in, probably larger as well. I did a restore of the system and although recording and playback works fine there is something called POSWatch or similar which now asks for a password and key when try to start. Since this feature was working before and the original owner paid for this feature you should be able to contact RemoteEyes and they will tell you how to access this feature.
The PC is a "mini server" type and was made to run 24/7/365 with strong fans and heat pipe type heatsink for the Core2 Duo CPU at 2.0GHZ dual core, 3GB RAM. I unplugged the two rear fans from the motherboard because they weren't really needed but you can plug back in if you think heat might be a problem. Has DVD burner drive tested good on record and playback. High quality construction not cheap Chinese made DVR.

Adjustable frame rate, alarm features, automatic email alarm, zones, etc. Lots of pro features. Two sets of cables support up to 8 cameras and also have pass through BNC connectors if you want to use individual monitors. There is serial connector connected to the PCI video capture card not sure if it is for POS capture or maybe point tilt zoom PTZ camera control.
