1983 PC board HARD-FLOPPY DISK DRIVE CONTROLLER - IBM 5150?

Vintage PC board I got in a lot with several others. This was in a bag marked H / FDD Controller. Am including the ribbon cables that were in the bag. I believe this went with an early IBM PC like the 5150, 5170, etc. Marked X7+EC01611. Made in the USA, 1983 Fixed Disk and Floppy Diskette
