Hammond - TUBE REVERB PREAMPLIFIER - from ER-20, parts/repair

For Sale: This is the reverberation preamplifier chassis from a Hammond ER-20 speaker cabinet. It originally paired up with a Hammond Type G amplifier, two field coil speakers, and a large oil filled reverb mechanism. Tubes included as shown.

Most likely this is model RA but if not then it is an RB.

I tested a Hammond CV organ with the unit and the cabinet worked but no reverb was evident. The field coil in the speaker hooked up the the reverb was bad- very high reistance. One tube is obviously bad on the preamp and has white coloring inside as shown in phtos instead of the expected silver. Still have the reverb mechanism but assume the pickup is bad.  When powered up the tubes in preamp lit up. Moving the switch on top of chassis had a little effect on the volume of the sound from the speakers.

This unit mght just need the one tube to be 100%, might need restoration. Sold as is for parts or repair. Hammond G type amp and Jensen A-12 speakers sold in separate listings.
