Lego 75952 - NEWT'S CASE OF MAGICAL CREATURES - unbuilt, sealed

For Sale: Fantastic Beasts, Harry Potter set.

This set has 3 of the 4 parts bags still factory sealed. It is 100% compete with some extra parts but the second manual is missing. It can be viewed and downloaded for free from Lego here:

The first bag was opened and assembled, I double checked to make sure all the parts are here.  The previous owner opened the box carefully without tearing anything so it's in good shape, see photos.
