Lego 2250 - ADVENT CALENDAR - new old stock from 2000, poor box

For Sale: Set is from Christmas 2000. 100% complete and includes all 24 sets in factory sealed bags. The individual sets are in mint shape. The box is in very poor shape looks like it got damp at some point.

Also included are the 6 color "brochure pamphlets" and one that is black and white. Please check photos for details.
