For Sale: Vintage new/old stock from 1989 made in the USA.

1:24 scale plastic car model. This still has shrink wrapped on but the wrap is in poor shape and there is a cut in the bottom of the box. I was able to look into the box without removing the shrink and can confirm the instructions are still in there and all the parts are there mint and unused.
