Vintage 70's/80's - YELLOW DRAGON SHIRT -for action figure Mego?

For Sale:  Yellow shirt with dragon logo on it from unknown action figure. Not much wear. This came with some Mego Star Trek and Batman/Joker figures from the 1970's but does not seem to go with any of them. Fits standard 8" figure.
