For Sale: This VHF radio powers up with 12VDC source and the squelch and volume control are working- only hear hiss. The LCD display has all the segments activated as shown in photo and the pressing buttons does not change anything.

4 pin mic looks to be in good shape. Radio has no obvious damage or physical issues. Sold as-is for parts or repair.
