Lego City 4439 - HEAVY DUTY HELICOPTER - new/open box, complete

For Sale: This 393 piece set has three factory sealed bags (#2-#4) and one open (#1) bag.

I carefully checked the contents of the open bag and all the pieces are present and in good shape, however one of the three figure's head is supposed to be (as shown on box) yellow and have sunglasses but is just a plain flesh colored head, see photos for details. Otherwise this set is 100% complete and all original, never assembled. As soon as I confirmed all the pieces in the first bag were there I immediately put back in bag and carefully taped up so nothing would get lost.

Includes stickers and both instruction books in mint or near mint shape. Box does show minor wear.
