Includes brand new remote control that works perfectly. I tested this by copying parts from several VHS tapes over to DVD, finalizing the DVD, and playing back in a separate DVD player. Works 100%. Doesn't show much wear and is clean. All controls and functions are working correctly. This will upscale VHS tapes so they look much better on newer TVs Has HDMI output for easy connection and also has composite video line inputs and outputs, SVideo output, and component video output. On screen menues are working correctly.
