This SP5 model came with the car dock when new and it is included as well as some vent mount pieces. In addition I have added the boombox dock (a little minor wear, works perfectly), a home dock, and some cables.
A working remote with good battery is also included. Some parts like the FM antenna are new and unused, also the car antenna is still in sealed bag. Everything is included. Two home antennas and one magnetic mount car antenna. A cigarette light power adapter, AC adapter for the boombox, and one for the home dock. These have carefully spliced cables to attach the correct size plugs- the low voltage wires were soldered then covered with heat shrink tubing. All work great
Excellent sound quality and can get pretty loud. Howard Stern 100, 101, tons of music, news, traffic stations... Radio is in near mint shape and works 100%, no issues. All buttons and dial good, good color LCD display, bright backlight.
Note: the boombox works excellent but have noticed sometimes when you attach the radio to it it will say "antenna not detected". If that happends you just need to twist the plug where antenna attaches to boombox and 100% of the time will fix it. Only happens with boombox not the home or car docks.
This radio is activated meaning you can receive the stations and don't have to pay any fees. Most people call this "Lifetime Activation. I have owned this particular radio for over a year and it's always worked fine and received the stations without need to pay any fees. It's updated the channels from satellite many many times. As long as you don't do a "Factory Reset" through the menu this radio should continue to receive all the stations indefinitely.
I have a similar radio in my car and have been using it for over 9 years and it's always received the stations fine, no fees paid.
Boombox can also run on standard D cell batteries. You can also plug in any MP3 player or phone that uses a standard size headphone jack, cable included
