Dual 1229Q bare bones - TURNTABLE CHASSIS - parts, motor works

For Sale: This is a bare bones 1229Q turntable for parts.

The counterweight is NOT included, the tonearm IS included. No platter, no spindle, no headshell clip. All the other parts shown ARE included (but not the wood base and dust cover shown in the last photo for reference only).

This would power up and the idler tire would make contact with the motor shaft and spin up but couldn't get it to contact the platter as well so it would not spin. The strobe is working. The speed control and tonearm raise lower appear to be working correctly. The Start/Stop lever works but slips, needs tightening up or adjustment.  Overall not a lot of wear, clean.
