Technics RS-T80R - DUAL CASSETTE DECK - dbx, needs belts and ?

For Sale: Classic 1980's dual cassette with dolby and DBX noise reduction. Made in Japan.

Not working well, probably just needs new belts. I had both decks playing back at one point during testing but now they usually won't engage when you press play.  Fast forward and rewind appear to be good on both decks. Very little wear. Sound was good when working, meters worked correctly, no other issues were apparent. Sold as-is for parts, repair.
