Woofers have rubber surrounds, cones in good shape with no rips, holes, tears, or VC rubbing. Minor cosmetic wear on cabs and grills, drivers all mint or near mint. No issues. Approx. 15.5" x 7.5" x 9.5".  Rated 20-100 watts per channel, 8 ohm impedance.
