Mirage model SM-1 - STEREO SPEAKERS - 2 way, refoamed woofers

For Sale: Tested and working set of classic Canadian made home stereo speakers.

Drivers are all original and in mint or near mint shape. Excellent sound quality. The high frequency level controls on the crossovers need cleaning (or you can just bypass them) but if you turn them up and down a few times can usually get them to work in any position.

Woofers professionally refoamed 7/20. Cones have no holes, tears, rips, or voice coil rub. The tweeter domes are perfectly rounded. The cabs and grills show very little wear- note that the grills have a foam/wool type pad on the inside part that goes right in front of the tweeters. Makes a big difference in the sound quality.

These are marked Inception Audio Ltd with serial numbers 1269 and 1264. The front badges are the early Mirage type. The woofers have blue cones unlike later versions of the SM1.
