For Sale: This lens take great photos and appears to be working 100% in manual focus mode.

When tested with a Canon Digital Rebel and a second Canon DSLR the autofocus does work reliable but ONLY when it focuses up. The focus motor will not work in reverse. If image is not in focus you can manually focus down a bit and then autofocus will bring subject into sharp focus every time.

I took about 40 pictures with this lens using autofocus this way and all came out well.

The lens has Image Stabilization which seems to be working but can't say for sure because did't have any out of focus or shakey photos.

Cosmetically in very nice condition and clean.
