While testing if you hold the wand near your ear in pulse mode you can just hear it cycling on and off. The metal end gets slightly warm after a little while. This is made to be used with Ultrasound gel and the container that is included only has a little bit left in it.

Mint or near mint condition, very clean. Includes original manual.
