For Sale:  Pretty good quality cymbal stand with lock nut and felt pieces as shown.

Works well and tightens up fine except for top section has a broken grommet/black plastic piece which you could epoxy or replace. Or you can just adjust the included locking collar piece to keep the top section at whatever height you want, so it's not really an issue.
