ITT Magic FLASH for Polaroid SX-70 for parts - repair?

For Sale - Nice condition.

I put 4 AA batteries in it and it charged up, orange neon light came on. When I put in SX-70 camera and pressed shutter button the flash did not discharge. Not sure if it was the camera or flash that has the issue... Sold as-is.
