Tested and working high quality TV tuner card removed from an HP computer running Windows XP Media Center Edition. Ideal for making a Myth TV or similar DVR computer.

Included is the custom front panel and overlay which has inputs for stereo audio, composite video, and S-Video. Also has rear mounted inputs/outputs on the PCI card itself. The front panel also has ports for USB, firewire, headphone jack, and microphone. I am including the cables that will attach them into pretty much any motherboard that supports these external options which is almost all newer models.
