Windows 7 has both English and Spanish language packs installed- great for native Spanish speakers.
The computer ALSO has FossaPup Puppy Linux (Ubuntu flavor) installed as well as PC Lite Linux installed. Both run well, no issues. When you power up the computer it presents you with a choice of the three operating systems, if you choose nothing then it will boot to FossaPup after 10 seconds (you can change the default to Windows or PC Lite Linux). The latest Chrome browser for Windows 7 is installed as well as latest Firefox browser. This computer runs smoothly and is surprisingly fast IMO. Lots and LOTS of free space on the 320gb hard drive for music, videos, programs, apps, etc. You might be able to upgrade the Windows 7 install to Windows 10 if you know what you are doing.
HD YouTube videos display great on both Windows and Linux. FossaPup is packed with free programs like Word processors, graphics, email, browsers, etc. etc.
