Vintage 1988 IBM video card CGA, 8 bit, w/ 02f8442 for 5150?

UPDATE: Someone emailed me and said this is actaully a network card and not a video card.

Vintage computer CGA video card which I believe is 8 bit type. Has a silver IBM chip marked 02F8442ESD, IBM 14 PG, AB, 189170011S. I believe this went with an early IBM PC like the 5150, 5170, etc.
