Vintage 1980's IBM video card CGA, 8 bit, with 56X2117 9322

Vintage computer video card which I believe is CGA type and 8 bit type. Has a silver IBM chip marked 56X2117 9322 as well as other IBM and Motorola 6413006 chip. I believe this went with an early IBM PC like the 5150, 5170, etc.
