For Sale: Vintage analog 8 track tape. One more time.
Please note that all 8 tracks are now being sold as is and are for the most part untested. Please check the photos carefully for condition. Some of these may play fine but some will need new foam pads, eventual resplicing, and possibly other misc. repairs.
If the tape has currently become unspliced it will be noted. I've found when testing my last bunch of tapes that many will play fine but when it gets to the end of the tape where the metal splice is that causes track to change the splice will sometimes fail. On some of the these that use the foam pads the foam will be crumbly. All tapes being sold as-is.
I don't overcharge on shipping and if you buy a bunch of media (tapes, records, books, etc) that can be shipped together in one box by Media Mail the cost can be quite reasonable.
