Playmobil 3988 System X Police Station City House - NEW, missing

For Sale: This set was never assembled and 14 of the 15 bags are factory sealed. The one bag with the yellow tool has a small hole in it.

Missing are the three flat grey floor sections- one 30 03 659 and two 30 05 622.. It's possible that those pieces are the ONLY missing things but can't say for sure. The figures are all here in their sealed bags as are the birds and all the other pieces I looked for in the manual.

Box has a fair amount of wear. Some of the pieces had been held together with rubber bands which dried up and fell apart, I replaced some rubber bands to make it easier to pack and for everything to stay neat.
