Lego 8077 - ATLANTIS EXPLORATION HEADQUARTERS - with box, instr.

For Sale: All manuals are included. Box shows some wear and is a bit pushed in, not too bad.

This was assembled in March 2022, photos taken, then disassembled and all blocks sealed in bags. It has been carefully checked and is 99.9% complete: missing the blue minifigure with trident and one grey globe type piece (4295035) is missing. And one tiny black piece has been substituted for a grey piece (4260885) with hook for holding trident. The red chair IS included but not shown in photos. All spear guns ARE included but not shown.

Parts are nice and clean. No apparent damage or issues.
