Untested, unkown conditoin but have no reason to think has any issues. Includes battery (also untested) and belt clip. The replaceable antenna has lost it's plastic covering, this seems to be very common with these radios and you can pick up a new antenna on fleebay for currently just $1.17 with free shpping...
