Includes collar, 500' boundary wire, transmitter, power supply, boundary flags, and instructions. This is the same kind of "invisible fence" as offered by Petsafe and other companies. Collar delivers a VERY MILD reminder shock when dog crosses the barrier. I have tested these types of collars on myself and the shock is just like the type you get from static electricity, not painful but would be annoying if it went on for more than a few seconds. A new 6 volt battery is included for the collar but may have lost it's charge, this type of battery is available on ebay for cheap.
