Motorola SH12e STEREO TUBE AMPLIFIER, 5 tubes, EL84/12ax7- works

$65.00

For Sale: Tested and working good quality stereophonic tube amplifier chassis and controls, removed from a 1960's portable record player.

With a CD player hooked up to RCA inputs and speakers hooked up to speaker outputs sound was crystal clear, no noticeable hum or static, could turn all the way up with very large 8 ohm speakers and no distortion. Reasonably loud volume output.  Bass, treble, loudness, and balance controls all worked correctly.  Includes two EL84 tubes, two 12ax7 tubes, and rectifier tube.

Easy hookup with 1/4" female speaker jacks and standard RCA cable input plugs.  Good power indicator lamp.  On/off was controlled by the record player so you would probably want to put an on/off switch between the orange and grey wires.  Sold as is but described honestly and carefully.
