Made in the USA. Working 100%, no issues. Woofers have rubber surrounds which will never need replacing like foam surrounds. Cones have no rips, tears, holes, or voice coil rubbing. Tweeter domes perfectly rounded. Dust caps on woofers are pushed in a bit but this does not effect sound quality. Minor cosmetic wear on cabinets and grills.

Rated 15-100 watt, 8 ohm.
