Lionel 027 metal - 6111 PIPE CAR - with pipes, needs repair

For Sale: Vintage all metal model train car shows some wear and one linkage is missing parts- see last photo for details on this. Comes with three plastic "pipes" that also show wear. I think but am not positive this is model 6111.
