Carefully checked by dubbing several VHS tape clips over to a blance recordable DVD, finalizing, and playing back both on the Magnavox and also a different DVD player. Works perfectly. Has HDMI out for easy hookup to newer televisions. 1080P upscaling. Timer for recording preset shows from cable box.
Remote control is the original Magnavox and all buttons have been checked, no issues.. The deck is clean, shows very little wear, all controls good, display good, on screen menus good, VHS playback and record good, eject and tray open/close good, etc. etc.
