Epicure EPI - 8" WOOFER - from M-602 speaker, refoamed, 4 ohm

For Sale:  This is a genuine vintage Epicure driver removed from a model M602 speaker.

Refoamed 6/2023. Cone has no rips, tears, holes, or voice coil rubbing. I got about 2.5 ohms DCR on my meter and am sure it's rated 4 ohm impedance. Good sound quality, no distortion or issues.  Screws and foam gasket are included.

Picked up a pair of rare M-602 speakers and am parting out because of poor condition and painted cabinets. The cabinets looked like they were matched set but had slight differences with the drivers as happens fairly frequently with EPI stuff I have found. One of the cabinets had two 8" drivers with rubber sounds that looked original, the frames were ALMOST identical to the one in the listing but slight differences. They were also about 2.5 ohm DCR.  The other cabinet had this driver and a mismatched replacement 8" Realistic driver.

This driver shold be an excellent origianl replacement for other model EPI speakers as well as some Genesis speakers.
