Has Toslink optical input, two SPDIF inputs, and USB input. Include original box, quick start guide, misc. paperwork, original power supply, RCA interconnect cables, and a good quality optical cable. The power supply is multi voltage capable and comes with three plug adapters for US, European, and ??.

All controls and LED indicator lights are working. Sound quality is PERFECT. Box also says Azur DacMagic 100-B.
