For Sale-  NOTE THE ONE IN THE PHOTO HAS BEEN SOLD BUT I HAVE TWO OTHERS OF THE SAME MODEL, THEY HAVE MINOR VERSION CHANGES ONLY

Tested and working high quality 1960's amp removed from a Allen TC-1 organ.

Works 100%, good sound quality.   Simple mono amplifier with two inputs, two gain controls, and a single speaker output marked 16 ohm.   Currently have a 1/4" input jack temporarily connected to one of the inputs.    Tested in the following manners:

  1.  With and electric guitar plugged in and one speaker hooked up and gain turned all the way down sound quality was clean, clear, with no distortion..  Not that loud.  With gain pot turned all the way up it gets pretty loud but not "guitar amp feedback loud".  Tone was excellent, great response and sound breaks up just a little like a guitar amp should.  Really like the way it sounded
  2. With a microphone hooked up sound quality was crisp and clear, no distortion.  It was loud but not real loud.  If you point the mike at speaker it feeds back.
  3. With a CD player plugged directly in it worked but it was WAY too loud even with gain at 0.

Amp is nice and clean.  Has built in circuit breaker.  High quality and well made.  Approx. 10.5" x 7.5" x 5.5".  Not sure how many watts but if I had to guess I would say around 50 watts into 16 ohms.

Send your zip code for ship cost- should be between $9.95 and $22.95 if you are in the continental USA (Nov. 2012).
