Pinnacle PN5+ - BOOKSHELF STEREO SPEAKERS - nice sound, USA made

For Sale:  Tested and working set of classic Pinnacle stereo speakers. All original.

Excellent full range sound with great bass and imaging. No distortion. No voice coil rubbing.

NOTE: After testing these carefully and getting ready to photograph I noticed a small hairline crack in one of the woofer cones- see first photo of woofer at around the 10PM position.  Removed the driver and examined from the back- the crack is 1" or less inches long and does NOT extend under the dust cap. Used flexible tacky glue and some light reinforcing material and made a secure and out of sight seal repair on the back of the cone. The crack is pretty hard to notice and does not seem to effect the sound quality of the speakers as can't tell the difference in sound between the two. The speakers sound great and they sounded great even before the repair.

Both wood grill frames are bending inwards a little bit on both sides, doesn't look that bad and could be reinforced and straightened if you want but not necessary. Grill fabric doesn't show much wear. Cabs show some minor cosmetic wear.
