This is the FULL RETAIL VERSION and not an upgrade although if it's like previous versions of Windows you will have the option to do an upgrade rather than a clean install if you want.

It's the 32 bit version on DVD. According to information printed on side you may be able to exchange the DVDs for CD ROMS and/or 64 bit version but I can't guarantee this.
