For Sale: Tested, cleaned, and working classic cassette deck. Made in Japan around 1977.
Heads just cleaned and demagnetized Feb. 2014. Sound quality is quite good for a classic deck. Features "ANRS" and "Super ANRS" noise reduction which works very good. All control, lights, switches, dials, etc. appear to be working correctly with two minor exceptions- when you press the pause button it works but clicks back off after a few seconds. And when you press the Eject button the cassette well door opens but only about 1/4 of the way, to open the rest of the way you must pull it forward a little bit. May just need lubrication but not sure where, regardless it does not cause any major problem.
Big backlit analog VU meters PLUS an 5 step LED level meter with it's own on/off switch. Adjustable record EQ, Tape Select EQ and Bias controls, separate Mic/DIN and Line input level controls, output level control, front 1/4" mike jacks, and a full size headphone jack!
Overall very little wear and high quality manufacture/materials. A true classic cassette deck.
