For Sale- Matched set of tested and working hard to find AR-8 floor speakers, probably made in the mid to late 1970's.

All four drivers are original and in excellent shape. These have a distinctive "old school" sound quality that many acoustic suspension AR and older Advent speakers have. Woofers just had new foam professional installed 2/2013. The cabs are later model style and show some wear- they used a thick vinyl laminate to cover them and it has chipped away in places. Cabinets themselves are 100% solid. The grills have been re-covered with black fabric and it looks pretty good, older white fabric is still in place underneath. Held in place securely with velcro. Three way high level toggle switches on back are working correctly.

They measure approx. 24"x 13.5"x 11.25" each.
