Fender Squier 5 STRING HEAVY METAL BASS GUITAR project, HM

Made in 1989. Fretless- frets may have been sanded down. Has EMG active pickups, probably vintage EMG-P model. 3 of the tuners are marked Gotoh, two are marked Japan, all look identical to me. Wilkensen USA bridge.

Shows wear, worst of wear is paint chip near the pickups. Black tape covers the holes which originally were for a second volume knob and tone knob. Back has non original poor fitting cover, inside is a 9 volt battery clip, battery, and volume control.

Bass currently has one string on it. Seems to play pretty good, no string buzz, tone sounded good to me through a guitar amp. Volume control works correctly. From what I can tell it should be playable as-is if you get strings for it.
