For Sale: Set of classic KEF speakers with built in stands that appear to be sand filled/weighted.
Excellent sound quality, all original, no issues. Woofers have rubber surrounds which will not need replacing like foam surrounds eventually will. Cones have no rips, tears, voice coil rub, or holes. Tweeter domes have no dings or dents. Cabinets and grill fabric show some minor wear but not bad.
Original owner had put a set of wheels on each of these which I removed, can include if you want. The bases have template marks where you can put on spikes which would be recommended for use on carpeted floors. Wheels might be helpful if you have solid floor and plan on moving them around a lot.

The KEF C40 is generous both in volume and drive units. Bass is plentiful and extended, and the design has been balanced to operate clear of boundaries on stands.
