For Sale: Classic 70's Sansui speakers in excellent shape. Made in Japan.
Drivers are all original and all in mint or near mint shape. Cabs and grills show very little wear. Excellent classic vintage Sansui sound quality just as expected. No issues. I checked each and every driver individually to a make sure all are working correctly. Each has one 12" woofer with treated textile surround- cones have no rips, tears, holes or voicecoil rub. Two "squawker" midrange drivers and two horn tweeters. The adjustable rear mounted midrange and high level frequency controls just cleaned with electronic contact cleaner spray and working perfectly.
These are pretty distinctive sounding and match up very well with some vintage receivers as long as they can deliver enough power. Some people love the way they sound, some people not so much... I particularly like the way they sound with classic rock and my Sansui 7070 receiver. Rated 8 ohm, 80 watt. Approx. 25" high x 16-1/2" wide x 11" deep overall. Probably around 40-50 pounds each before packing.
