For Sale: Tested and working classic 1970's Sony all-in-one small format receiver and turntable.
See and here a video of it being tested here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=12zW3p2TJg72X49OQU0-h_O7XX62aYio5
Works great, good sound quality, all features good. Gets good AM and FM stereo reception and the stereo indicator light is good. No dial lights. All four speeds on the turntable sound good and all the automatic features are working correctly. To play an album you just put place on (or several) on the multi-play spindle and press the start lever. The tonearm automatically raises, first album drops, tonearm moves to the first track, then gently lowers. After it finishes playing the record tonearm raises, moves back to holder, and either powers off or plays the next album until all have been played.
Tested many times and always working correctly. The needle/stylus is a flip over type and appears both sides are for LP stereo, and both sound decent. No skipping or hum.
This came with some woodgrain Japanese made speakers that sound OK but don't think are original to the system. So added some good sounding newer Aiwa two way speakers. I attached RCA type jacks onto the Aiwa's for easy hookup to the receiver, and the Japan speakers already have RCA jack speaker plugs on them.
Nice clean design, very little wear. A classic collectible stereo system!
