For Sale: Tested and working classic Technics semi automatic stereo turntable. Made in Japan probably 1980's.
Original manual is included. Also includes original Technics P 23 p-mount cartridge with stylus/needle in good shape. Good sound quality with no skipping or hum, good highs and bass. Overall very little wear and is clean. Dust cover has no apparent chips or cracks, hinges in good shape and hold cover open no problem. A new belt has just been installed 5/2018 and the speed sounds correct. Original 45 RPM adapter also included. When needed new needles are readily available online for this model usually around $12 with free shipping.
This is a semi-auto table which means to play a record you set the cuing control to "up", move the tonearm to first track, lower cuing, and tonearm slowly drops and album begins to play. At the end of the album the tonearm automatically raises, returns to holder, lowers, and table powers off. Works correctly every time.
