Nikon FE - SLR 35mm FILM CAMERA - near mint w/E 50mm 1:1.8 lens

For Sale: This classic Nikon camera is extra clean and in mint or near mint condition.  Nicest one have come across in a long time.

The older button battery that was included when found is currently good and everything is working as expected. If/when you need new battery you can use very inexpensive watch type button batteries- takes two of this type or you can probably buy the original single type. The winder is working, shutter fire/release is good, speed adjust works, aperture adjust works, focus is good, etc. etc. When you look through the viewfinder you can see the light meter needle which when you adjust the speed and aperture will move up or down- when it matches the other needle in viewfinder you are ready to take a perfect photo every time.

Don't see any dust or debris in the lens. No haze, fungus, or scratches are evident. It's a prime lens made in Japan 50mm 1:1.8 Series E. Very very nice. Also included is an original canvas strap and lens cap.
