General Electric GE 3-5809c - COMPACT CB RADIO - complete, minty, for parts/repair

For Sale: This classic CB looks pretty much new and unused in box.

When hooked up to 12 volt DC power supply it appears to be working correctly on receive and transmit (with antenna hooked up) but the audio volume coming from the speaker is very very low. I did hear some transmissions on some channels.  When the mike is keyed it appears to be transmitting but can't tell how well.

LED channel display is good. Squelch and volume on/off are working as expected. TX and RX LEDs are working.

Includes wiring and bracket and misc parts and paperwork as shown.
